Painted my center cap emblems. Was planning on puddle lights tonight, but I may have drank a few too many beers to feel comfortable with that. :bananadance:

Bought some 265/75/16 Nitto Ridge Grapplers from a local guy who bought the wrong ones for his truck online, gave me a good deal since they were gonna charge him a $200 restocking fee to return them. Got them installed today and love them so far! 2529894E-951E-4C7D-B9D2-6191456F2401.jpg

That's a horrible idea. What time?
1.25" Spydertrax give it nice stance. I don't have my before / after pics handy, but you can get an idea from this one. Outside edge of the tire is just outside the flare.

    AC drain mod,
These are the OEM beadlocks, I meant fake as in not actual beadlocks, but they are the OEM TRD rims from Toyota, my bad, its just stock rake, and stock rubber for now, the rubber sits flush with the fender flares now,
I got them off kijiji, for 1150 a set of 5, sold the rubber that was on them for 650, and my stock rims for 500, so I broke even on the switch, minus the install/ balance cost.

Yeah that has crossed my mind more than once. I've decided to keep a 1/2 inch wrench in my toolbag, and if I have to park somewhere questionable, they can be removed and stashed in the truck. Most of the places I park it are OK, and but stays in my garage at night, but there's always that chance.

I don't know anything about security bolts, at least in this application.

I have a DCLB with shell. Took a 2400+ mile road trip to Yellowstone last month and averaged 16.7. A lot of 80 mph and probably 75% was highway. This mpg was about as expected for me. I have zero clue as to how anyone gets 24-25 mpg (as they report). Only time I have seen that is coming down the mountain from Tahoe and then for about an hour.

The only time I have gotten that is with a bed full of DJ speakers and no cover. Once I got my soft topper, my mpg dropped a ton.

Same in California. Haven’t seen the sky for while. My prime quail hunting areas are going up in smoke. 3BBBF1E0-DB88-41CC-8BFF-B8ADB3A33BC4.jpg

I took a trip from Southern California to Moab, then up to Denver and back again. Most at speeds around 80 mph and a total of around 2,600 miles. Averaged just over 21mph for the entire trip. 2020 TRD Sport 4X4 all stock...with the chin still on.

Even seeing some of the effects over here in Hawaii! Was up on Mauna Loa and could see a funky colour in the sky in the distance...

Well it was yesterday, but I got me a 2" trailer hitch that had an 18' pontoon boat attached. No noticeable rear sag.
