I think you are not seeing a lot of arson arrests because the homeowners are running them off and putting the fires out themselves per the Clackamas county police scanner

Likely level 3 evacuation order. Believe they’re still outside the fires though.

We lost internet and cable Monday with the wind. Good here, thanks. Over at the in-laws scabbing off of their WiFi! Six power lines dropped on Bluff road and they still haven’t got the new poles in the ground. Glad that the weather has turned and the rain will be great!

Nah-this is America. CHOP was utter nonsense. And yet these homeowners are being treated as criminals and not the arson’s.

I’d argue those aren’t quite realistic comparisons; as those individuals were not the government. Those are awful people no doubt. When we vote in politicians and laws that bring about the government we currently have(wholistic government) then, yes we got what we deserved.

Just had to share this sobering video on Facebook (let me know if the link doesn't work!). Shot by some friends on their first trip walking back to their lost home in Phoenix, OR., the morning after the fire. Lots of wind noise on the audio track, but their comments about what all was lost tells quite a story.
I think this ain't about politics, you guys.
