6’s are usually less high maintenance and more down the earth.... they’ll drink beer and eat tacos, and sometimes like doing outdoor shit.

Feel your pain, hope you can score a sport hood for your troubles. Can you post a picture of your quarter panel graphics?

I was at a flea market and hear over the loudspeaker "will the owner of an orange Toyota Tacoma please return to your vehicle". Oh, s***...

I parked in the back of nowhere and a (good, honest) guy wanted to park out there too because his truck was so big and awkward. He had a ramp type thing on the back of his (Clydesdale) F-250 and didn't see my (Shetland pony) Tacoma behind him. I had to ask "dude, how can you miss a bright orange truck, clear out here?"

He was a good guy and made it right, just the bumper center cover fortunately.

Doesn't look too bad. I'm sure it's no major structure damage. It's a good time to get an aftermarket bumper or make any changes. Just pay any money over what insurance pays and have the body shop bolt it on for you.

    OUCH! So sorry .....
This is kinda' why when both my son's turned 18 and we sent them off to college ... I bought them both 15 year-old Dodge Caravans.
Cheap and cheap to fix and nothing I was gonna get too bent out of shape about with the eventual 'accident'... (And yes, dear ol' dad did end up replacing plastic parts, grills, headlights and a fender during their 'college careers' ..

My daily is an old Dodge Caravan -- it was cheap and sheets of plywood or whatever fit flat on the floor with the tailgate shut. The Tacoma is summer weekends only -- yes, I bought a 4x4 to NOT drive in the winter...
