What is going on with used Tacoma Prices?

I believe you've missed the train, depending on where you live. I'm starting to see commercials for $1000 rebates across the Tacoma line, which means supplies of new Tacomas are growing.

 

Are you going to want to pay capital gains tax on that betterment? If not you better get a move on now and buy another house QUICK!

 

I'd like to think i'm HODLing, but the reality is there isn't shit to buy if I did sell.

Interesting discussion. Regardless of the cause or how long the bubble will last, this is the only vehicle I've ever bought that hasn't depreciated by 50% three years later. Glad I bought it.

 

Same, let alone being offered more then what I bought it for after about 2 years.

 

Not here (KS), at least so far. I bought a 2020 TRD OR last year in a pinch - OR premium with tech, no LED. Not having the LED is really bugging me, other than that, I’m content. There weren’t any in the area at the time.

21k miles and in excellent condition, I was offered 30k for trade-in. Was hoping for around 35k to consider trading in for LED. I think my only option will be to add them with the harness.

 

Was at the dealer this week. Only one Taco on the lot. It was an access cab SR 4x4. Sticker price was 35k and some change. They had zero Trundras. Salesman said they can't keep them on the lot. Tacos and Tundras are out selling toilet paper around these parts.

 

Take advantage of it. I traded mine in and they dealer straight up gave me $7k over what I calculated bluebook as. They worked every deal they could to get it from me and on the lot. Wound up with a brand new 2020 tundra for less than I was paying on my Tacoma.....
