Pretty sure he was playing tag at red lights with my wife today unless there’s another 5th gen white 4Runner with a color matched Pelfreybilt front bumper in town. Whomever it was, they talked at one light and were shocked when my wife knew that Pelfreybilt was out of business after they said that’s what bumper theirs was

 

Definitely in for some or all of this. Need to get out, its been too long. Camping every night?

did you notice they stack up to three? I was thinking two and connecting them and adding water filter and pump for showers and spraying off the mtb.

Keep us posted on what you decide. Otherwise I was going to install rv water tank and compressor tank with a skid plate where my spare was.

 

Ahh I didn't see they were stackable. That's kinda nice.

That's pretty much what I'm shooting for. 12v pump with accumulator and a sprayer.

Anyone got suggestions for trails just West/Northwest of the Valley? Preferably something doable for stock 4x4's with AT's.

Trying to coordinate with my buddy in Buckeye and he's got a tyke in tow, plus I've not driven much on that side of the valley.

Any 2nd Gen guys know if the '13-'15 models offered the TRD Off Road package for Double Cab Long Beds? Or were TRD OR trucks DCSB only?

 

I’m like 90% confident that you could get it in a long bed

 

Anybody know why my BD fogs would flicker on/off when I put the truck in Reverse? They aren't tied into anything related to trans, reverse, etc. They are wired straight to my factory fogs. It also doesn't happen every time.

 

Check your grounds

 

It's wired to the factory harness. I messed with the connectors I spliced in.. no change or sign of faulty connection. Some days it doesn't do it. Others it does. Sometimes they won't flicker back on... And They'll stay off until I turn the truck off and back on.

 

Wonder if there is something going on inside the lights? - On my KTM motorcycles I had to switch to LED and use dialectic grease to deal with the vibrations.
Have you knocked on them with a end of a screw driver or a rubber mallet and pulled on the wires to them?
or checked voltage?
Are these Chinese lights?

 

Has anyone locally done a the HP Tuner with a map for 2nd gen Taco here locally? I did 4.88 gears and was interested in remapping the shift points for full load and towing.
