Yes. But not just smoker. Can sear up to 700, iirc.

My brother in-law has one. He can do stuff, like leave the house when he’s cooking a brisket. I prefer getting little sleep, being glued to the smoker, and getting better bark.

You might be able to de-shelve yourself.

As a Mustang, it lost the spirit but was a 429CJ car, the 71 Boss 351 also held the best 1/4 mile time for quite a while.

They were shunned when I was a kid but that blue one I like.

So many 'Earth colors started in '70s after all those years of exciting colors. Taupe Mustangs, GTOs and RoadRunners, yechh.

I could use a good de-shelving. And a pedicure. I've got some sort of hardened appendage stratified on a big toe, an the other one got fungus, so I had to do a heavy deep pruning and then treat it with urea. Which is why I'm pounding beers now. Easier and cheaper than getting a prescription.

Not sure where you are, but we had a Wegmans go in a couple of years ago and they seem to have awesome quality control on their meats. Briskets look great. I've been wanting to smoke one but haven't gotten up the courage to plunk down $50 on a chunk of meat that I'm probably going to mess up the first time anyway.

    Who's smoking dead cats?

Any good recipes? How long does it take compared to a brisket?
