Yes, i didn't modify location of cross member. I just dripped it about and inch by cutting some of the top portion off. Nothing else was changed.

When i started trying to figure out what it'd take to make mine fit, i started by installing the T-case skid, then the trans skid (used the same cross member bolts to mount), and then i threw the IFS skid on and saw what would need to happen to join them. Maybe give this a try since you are essentially fitting them on a prerunner crossmember. Also not sure how different RCI skids are, but that could take some different modifications to get them to work. Good luck! Curious what you have to do to get them to fit

I noticed a good bump in tq in the butt dyno after throwing on the LCE header, but i live in a hilly area so it was a little more noticeable climbing hills.

I would stay with the standard plugs if you arent going forced induction. I dont think there would be much benefit to having a colder spark on a n/a motor. When i pulled my blower off i threw some stock plugs back in the truck.

i emailed them to see what they would say. On website it says 4x4 trucks only but obviously that was not the case because i fit the front skid up to my prerunner.

Ahhh i see, i thought you already had them and wanted to install. If you can get dimensions of the t-case and mid skid, i can compare them to my pelfrey ones if that would help. Still would be apples and oranges, but maybe they are similar?

I live in the foothills and always up in the Sierras and Tahoe - that extra ooompf would be appreciated. Isn’t CARB compliant where I’m at, but I won’t have to get smogged for a while lol

Oh yeah, definitely worth it if you drive through the hills/mtns. Not a hard install either. Only stuff that has to get moved for install is the intake piping, and a bracket that holds the AC lines to the fender well. Once you remove those, you can finagle the header in from the top.

Just noticed @Xtra_yota you have a 17. Not sure the LCE header is a direct bolt up for third gens. I feel like i remember someone mentioning some modification was needed to work with the SAI? Maybe someone will chime in

Far as performance and actual gain for the money = I dunno why I waited longer than I did to get it on!

Far as fitment for you; contact LCE and I'm sure they'll be very helpful. I've had great customer service from them during their normal business hours, 3 hour time difference for me.

Probably more torquey across the rpm band and kicks in earlier - that’s my hope at least lol

I will try to get that for you, but mine are a good bit different.. Where does the bolt hole at the back go? thru the crossmember? IFS skid looks to have more overhang past where mine is..

I noticed more tq and maybe a little more hp. Equal length stuff is always good imo, keeps the exhaust pulses from fighting each other on the way out.

The hole goes through the cross member. It mounts with a c shaped washer then nut. The one at the back of the ifs skid is threaded into the frame.
