    Greetings Tacoma Owners,

Decided I’d join to see if anyone has experienced the clicking, snapping clutch pedal I’ve had since purchasing a new 2020 TRD PRO. I took delivery in December 2020 and since then I’ve had the entire pedal assembly replaced under warranty. The newly installed pedal assembly feels great, it’s been installed for approximately 4 weeks, however the pedal is starting to exhibit the same characteristics as before. Not as bad yet, but maybe it will take a little more time for the full blown condition to reappear. The replaced parts include: clutch hose, clutch pedal, bushing and the cylinder assembly. It doesn’t sound like a throw out bearing. The noise is definitely emanating from under the dash, pedal area. Maybe a pedal mount point dimensional issue. Thoughts?

    welcome new member.

go to your local dealer, be able to duplicate your symptoms reliably, and inquire about TSB-0112-19.

    good luck.
