Free bakflip vp, sags between second and third panel but folds and lock properly will come with clamps but not the type to drop your rail down. Pick up in York PA, Would be willing to deliver between York PA and Knoxville PA along rt 15 if you aren't in a hurry as I travel that way to hunt. DO NOT WANT TO SHIP.

 

Photos of the actual product is required, even if giving away for free. The "damage" that you describe also need to be clearly visible in photos. This way, prospective takers are able to discern if the drive to get it is worth the effort.
