Yes, AFAIK. It's not a retroactive thing and we don't need CARB stickers. A modification would I suppose technically have to be EPA legal, whatever that means.

 

Air sCare Colorado is really an extra registration tax. I'm sure the very large majority of vehicles just pass and pay the fee. The state collects it appears about $13.5 million in emissions fees from the company running the test and another $2 million in licensing the testing and in penalties (not sure if that's for vehicle violations or penalties to stations).

Looked good, thought there might be room for more oil if I removed a few non essential parts.
The governor is useless, inhibits throttle, rpm's and overall speed performance.


and the low oil safety thing. It's no longer in use, engine dies when ripping around a corner as the oil goes to one side, and it will allow for more oil volume once removed.
