Same MSRP, no locker. All the other bits and bobs are about equal, but TRD OR vs. Sport, same MSRP and one has a locker, one doesn't. And I think the scoop is stupid, but hey, your truck not mine, I don't care. I intended (and have followed through with) going off road enough that the off road made more sense than the sport. The only thing that would have made more sense is to build up an SR since I don't use crawl, don't care about QI, or mirror signals, or (insert long list of TRD upgrades here).

I am not jealous of the sport, but I also don't think they're a bad truck. It's the same thing as mine with street biased tires (mine aren't that much more aggressive all things told...), and a bit stiffer struts. For how much I have needed my locker (vs. using it when I probably didn't need it), other than a rock crawl, a sport could probably keep up A okay with what I've done.

yeah, sport tacos are kinda pointless. bout the same price and no locker. Only a scoop that's not even functional. Like the diet coke of the taco line up. Who would buy one of tho...wait a minute.:burp:

Maybe because this is a Tacoma forum, not a F 150 forum?

That’s the problem in this country, too much hate! I joined this forum to see what other guys are doing to their trucks and advice not abuse and BS, it was pretty good when I got my 17 but now I just check it out occasionally and when I need answers. Anyway that’s what I think and know I’ll probably get some shit for this but now it’s expected, we all gotta reset! You guys have a nice day anyway. ALOHA

The closest wheelbase off road F150s have similar clearance and arguably similar angles compared to the Taco Sport.

I almost wonder, given the bumper heights, if the departure angle on the F150 doesn't include the hitch?
