just checked her. She is at 18lbs! Still a little underweight, but not too bad. She may just catch up yet.

she has gained 5lbs in 2 1/2 weeks so not too shabby.

 

Ya they are pretty close. Ranger the one asleep is basically dead when he sleeps. And drake likes to watch the road when we wheel.

 

I had a corgi who once ate a entire loaf of French Bread one night. I woke up and saw
his ass laid out in the kitchen. He looked twice the size and could barely move. That
SOB had a fully belly

 

To tired to move it was 8 am and you just woke up.

 

I think she’s happy that I’m not making her wear the cone and I’m letting her sleep on the bed with me instead of crating her up.

I’m starting to get used to her and, like you said, it’s just the normal now. It’s been 2 months and I couldn’t imagine not getting “attacked” and nibbled to death every day with the occasional maligator chomp that leaves me with the cuts and bruises

 

Love her! Weird looking forward to getting attacked, huh? Mine has her off days (must have been abused as a baby), but she’s always there for me and I promised her the same. Keep showing her the love, and she will give it back (just not like any other breed of dog you’ve had before)!
