Letting folks present during one of my weekly meetings. Omg it's so painful. They kept trying to talk at the same time and then everytime my co-worker "A" asked "B" if he had anything to add he'd day "No, I think you covered it, but..."

No! You said no and let's leave it at no! Do you not know the definition of no?

 

So it went exactly as expected?

 

Unfortunately, yes. I expect nothing less from these two. Drive me up the fucking wall. They're telling me they don't know who will present and they're still figuring it out and will let me know (7 minutes prior to the meeting). Guess what? I don't care! They already had told me I didn't need to share their presentation for them so why in the hell do I care which one of them displays!? I don't. I really really really don't.

 

People fuckin suck, especially when they see you as the parental/authority figure and have to bring every trivial thing to your attention. But really, they couldn't figure out who was presenting? That's some next level shit right there.

Lol yep. Makes it funnier that it is my counterpart who is in her 60s and spastic. Somehow she doesn't drink coffee at all but is so high energy it's exhausting. @Twizted hears me talking to her on the phone all the time. It's just how she is and nothing I can say or do will chill her out.

Lol I would but you can see everyone whose dialed in so I would be worried you'd have that one person who asks who the dial in user is. Wouldn't be me because I don't care that much about who is or isn't on my calls.

 

yeah that would/does drive me crazy. I try to speak efficiently at work: getting the point across as quickly and precisely as possible so I can get back to what I was doing, but other people have to give essays about what's wrong when all i need is a what is it, and what looks to be broken. I bet she's a blast
