    Okay...now i'm pissed. One simple task of putting something under repair was failed on the part of 3 different people! People in services failed to give us information regarding why it was being returned/repaired, the guy I work with failed to get the information from them and the customer, then didn't put it in the system so I could look anything up on it. Somebody get me a phone because mine just left the window
