I'm sure they do. I liked the inside, but couldn't stand the outside simply because I thought that truck needed chrome bumpers or it just didn't look right. I feel the opposite about the 3rd gen Taco though.

Yeah, your panties. You should wash them more than once a week.

This. Very frustrating that the DC OR is not available in MT up here. Looking to buy in the next couple months. DCSB MT we're limited to Sport or Pro. All things considered, it think it's going to have to be Sport MT over OR AT.

    who uses a sport?5E53101A-A823-4D96-B964-9D94ED8DBCE5.jpg

who saved $1,000’s buying a sport because inventory was high.
    (I did)
Traded my 2wd Prerunner on a 2017 sport 4wd. My salesman said he had so much inventory they can make a deal. It was about $180 more than a dcsb sr but I wanted the bed power outlet and black interior anyway. All I wanted really was 4wd. The used prices on a tacoma with 200,000 miles and 4wd was still going for $12-17,000 . used....
That’s how you justify buying another brand new Tacoma. I can sell it today and still get a sweet Ridgeline!!!! Maybe a Chevy Colorado!!!!!!!!

Pfff... locker I can install a arb air locker... crawls control? Never heard anyone use it.

Tires and picking a line will get ya there Or a friend with a snatch strap.

Trd Off road ? When you justify buying a Off-Road trim by telling your wife about the gravel parking lot at work that you engaged crawl control on.

    Congrats!

    lol

I missed the last 50 threads on Trd Sport trim.
Can you send me a link to all the original Sport threads?

Thank god I was able to find one.....,

    the next thread.....,
Trd Off-Road and why would you buy one when you just drive “The 5”and go to In’n out burger.

hey if you got it cheaper and are happy, that’s all that matters. For me it was the same cost either way. :notsure:

I wouldn’t say it’s just gravel roads. Ultimately though I have only needed the locker a few times and it was a rock crawl for fun. Crawl is gimmicky I used it once just for the shits and giggles. I’ve heard it does good in sand but :notsure: didn’t need it at all. I usually forget it exists. All the stuff I have done so far a sport could have done, MAYBE at best with a slightly different line because of the tires but I’m only stock tires they aren’t anything special.

I paid the same amount for an off road as a sport would have been. If it was cheaper I would have gotten the sport. Realistically I should have just gotten the SR and not worried about it.

but I got them black fender flares.

Bahaha! Agreed, I know I didn't walk up and ask for a Sport. Got stuck with it because I wanted a long bed and a manual. Someone tell me why they can't make an OR long bed MT :der:. Now I'm stuck with a fake scoop and a lesser sticker

Man get the sport with MT, amazing truck. You get lower geared rear end with MT (4.30 vs 3.90) The tranny is super smooth. Locker would be nice of course but how often you use it? I use my scoop everday haha. Also, the places i take my 50k truck, i dont need a locker. Sport very capable as is, it has very good trac system and auto LSD.

I really wanted the pro, my dream truck, but at 60k GTFO.

PM me if you are unterested in some mods to make your MT driving experience better.

Damn it I can't get a manual transmission in this configuration of Tacoma I better go out and buy an F150.

These are the same people that show up at Dorsia with no reservation and leave because Sizzler down the road doesn't need one.
