I came close to buying a 1700 sqft house that had an attached 2000 sqft garage. Alas I was transferring within the year so I passed. Sometimes I think back to what could have been.

Anyone worry about garage height? Add a 2-3" lift and you're pretty close to hitting the garage door on a standard 7' garage door height.

Haha, I too guess I take my oversized garage for granted. I've got a four car with the second two being double deep (so really six car) and the first two are still 27' deep and extra wide. I never even considered if my truck would fit or not, even in my previous home that was only a true three car garage. When we were house shopping, we wouldn't even look at anything that was smaller than a three car and wanted a 3 + separate detached RV garage. We ended up with this (6 car) and no detached but plan to add a large RV garage in the near future.

Reading this is giving me anxiety. I'm under contract on a home with about a 1.5 car garage, it's 20'5" back to front and I have a 19 Pro. The clown part of all this is the back of the garage has a 2.5' bumpout for the fireplace on the interior so I'm not sure how this is going to work, might even scrap the contract because of it.

Awesome setup. I'm super jealous and have nothing to compete with. Except that at least I can have five different pizza places deliver to me within 20 minutes. Which is something. I guess. :pout:
