All of the above with that dick.

All six charges are misdemeanors and each charge can carry a prison sentence of up to six months and a $5,000 fine.

So, worst case, he'll spend 3 years in prison and $30k?

Also, you can only use your full credit towards the same pass you had last year or higher...if you try to get a lower/cheaper pass, you only get the percent discount, not the dollar amount.

I was going to do the ikon pass (fuck vail) and use my 140 dollar credit for the keystone and crested butte pass but found out i would only get 50 bucks off, not the 140 credit I had unless I buy the local or higher.

The last time this no talent ass clown came up in the news they threw the book at him with a whopping $500 fine. Cheap advertising for his clothing line and publicity for a punk ass kid. I hope he falls off a cliff taking an epic selfie or gets his insides relocated to his outsides by an angry bull elk while taking pictures for his instagram.

FWIW, I am a firm believer that karma comes back around. Mr. Lesh will get what is coming to him.

Take this little gem from me that everything evens out in the end. For the second time in 2020, I saw almost instant karma rectify a wrong that had been done in the world.

On my way up to Steamboat last week, I was stuck on route 40 behind two motorcycles who were chugging along anywhere from 5-10 mph below the speed limit with very few passing lanes. I was about 5-6 cars back from the cycles, waiting for my turn to bunny-hop them, but the car behind them wasn't in such a rush that he felt the need to pass, making it difficult for the rest of us. But the growing line of 20 cars behind the bikes suggested that other motorists wanted to move faster. The cycles should have pulled over, but they didn't. Instead, we all waited patiently behind them for a safe opportunity to pass.

But then came the purple ford ranger. I watched my review for several miles as I saw a purple Ford ranger bunny hopping cars behind me to get past the blockage ahead. "Good luck!" I thought to myself. We're all stuck behind these slow pokes.

When he finally got immediately behind me, he was up my ass...no more than a car length behind me at all times, and I could see him throwing his hands up in frustration in my rear view every time he had to touch the brakes. Then the asshole decided it was my time to get passed, and he passed me...but just barely...cutting me off with half a car length in between me and the car in front, causing me to slam my brakes and him barely making it back into our lane before hitting traffic head on.

I responded by laying on my horn and letting him know I thought he was #1 out out my window. My parents were in the car, and not impressed with my response. Then we watched him do the same thing to the car in front of me, and then the cars in front of them, until finally he had a long enough passing lane and flew by no less than 4 vehicles and the bikes to get by the slow poke bikers. I continued to grumble under my breath watching it for a few miles after it happened as he disappeared ahead of us into the distance.

And then I saw them. The flashing red and blue lights on the shoulder ahead of me. "It's too good to be true..." I thought to myself. To say I cheered as I drove past the purple ford ranger and watched the cop walk up to his window as that asshole was searching for his shit would be an understatement. You get what you fucking deserve.

Almost the same exact thing happened back in February as I was driving back from Grand Junction in a snowstorm after picking up my Flippac. Now I'll admit, I was driving like a little bitch. Probably doing 40-45 in a 55 because it was fucking snowing and that's what you do when it's snowing. Slow the fuck down. First, I had a 3rd gen Tacoma pass me on a double yellow around a blind curve, honking and flipping me off as he did it. Then immediately behind him, I had a flatbed hauling a 4-runner do the same thing, with a set of unsecured chains sending sparks shooting off the road every time the hook hit the pavement. Go ahead assholes...I thought to myself. Too fast for me with a 6000 lb truck in the snow. Then, a few miles ahead, I saw that same flatbed pulled over. Also, on that same trip, I saw an F150 buried in the snow bank on the way down Monarch Pass after he passed me on the way up. Someone else had already stopped, so I did not feel obligated to stop to see if he was okay.

So, to make a long story longer than it needs to be. Karma's a bitch. Don't be dick. Fuck David Lesh, and people who drive like assholes.

Happy hump day you little bitches! :luvya:

Sure, but don't hold your breath. Sadly, what's more likely is he'll do a plea bargain down to another $500 fine and some community service.

Unfortunate but true. The first time you make a mistake, I'm okay with some leniency and a small fine. People make mistakes. But this shows a pattern of intentional and blatant disregard for the rules, property rights, and the community across multiple states. I'm not sure why these offenses don't stack against this jerk off, but they should be taken into consideration in future cases. I'm sure we'll see him in the news again.

Oh snap, forgot to mention, because I know you all really wanted to know and/or in case anyone wants needs a reason to have a drink. Today is my 9 year naturalization anniversary. Whiskey Wednesday to celebrate!

Real satisfying just to read haha. I think people are under some belief that because they're in a big truck or SUV they are invincible in the snow...not thinking about the physics behind it. Sure you have some more clearance so you're not plowing the snow during heavy downpours but you're also way heavier, a much higher center of gravity, AND if you're in a truck you likely don't have shit holding down that rear end and real prone to some sick ass surprise skidz...yo...
