Have you done anything to it at all electrically? From head unit, lighting, to leaving a USB connected.

 

Nothings been done not already listed. If a shunt was needed I would think the sitting “off” draw would be more than the factory standard 80/87 milliamperes. Something is coming on when nobodies around..........

Make sure the amp for the sub has the remote wire connected to the correct spot on the HU. Then make sure that the power wire is run correctly with no exposed copper, fused correctly, then be sure the ground is good.

Alot goes on with aftermarket remote start. Did they use the actual key or a repeater for the immobilizer? How did the installer splice in to the wires? Where is the remote start grounded to? How is it powered?

 

12volt.solutions are plug and play. No splicing, cutting. Exact same unit is installed in my 17 4Runner, same plug and play and it will start right up after sitting for a month. It uses factory keyless smart fob, no extra fobs.

 

Ok, is there a way to reflash the module to make sure its doing everything itnis supposed to be doing?

 

Are you talking about the ECM, TCM, BCM, or the remote start CPU. If the remote start it reboots/flashes every time the battery is disconnected.

I’m thinking at this point I’ll have to rig up one of my recording Fluke meters and see if I can capture some type of midnight heavy amp draw.

Yeah, meant remote start. And by reflash, I mean hook it up to a computer, download the required software, and reflash that way.

Eagle Peak in Leander does alright. Think they have up to 300yd rifle. Lonestar down south was good

And @jmdaniel I figured out why your shirt on Etsy would’ve been $28 LOL. Luckily if it’s just a text design from beginning to end, approximately a half hour. A technical design could be up to an hour. You have to design it, upload it, find the font, resize items,etc.Then after file is made, You create the shirt, then upload to the site. That is a pain in the ass in itself, there’s no copy and paste, it’s every friggin thing you have to type out for every friggin item LOL. Add the cost of vinyl and the cost of the T-shirt itself. What do you think a persons hour of time should be, not counting materials LOL?Mass produce Chinese shit in warehouse, yup different story.
