First sesh back at the gym last night and i gotta say i fuckin missed it worse than i thought. Weird lifting with a surgical mask on but meh, i dont have much equipment at home so itll do.

Wil continue doing walks in the morning for cardio tho. Hitting a treadmill in a mask is asking for a syncopal episode

My first time back at the gym after the initial ~3 month shutdown, I was so fucking sore for days afterward. Was like I was starting completely over

Luckily muscle memory kicks in after a few workouts so it's not as brutal for long

Our local gym is entirely outdoors now to remain open, first it was the summer heat that kept me from going as much as I wanted and now it's all the damn smoke in the air. Just wish shit would get back to normal lol.

Oh yeah im def gonna feel it this week ur right. Strength wasnt too shot, but my endurance peterred out after couple lifts and the end was a struggle.

Weve been waiting thinking the gyms are over capacity and shit. Called last night and they said their capacity is 140, and theyve never hit it since cv19.

I dont even think they can fit 140 people into a fuckin la fitness

Looking at old video game play throughs. Miss the days when life was good once HL or CS flickered up on the screen. Did anyone play Unreal - not UT but the FPS leveler coming right before Tournament - I remember good times playing that.

I like that they kept those games going - the original was the first time my computer had a "no no" thing I had to hide from my parents lol

Didn't play Unreal. I got into real PC gaming with Unreal Tournament. That was a blast. First map I ever played was those floating rocks with towers on them. My first headshot I was accused of aimbotting. I didn't even know what that was at the time.

Wolfenstein for me was the original DOS version. Fuck yeah!
