So, I’ve been trying to get back into shape without going to the gym. I have 2x 20lb dumbbells, 2x 10lb dumbbells, curl bar with 2 25lb plates(maybe 60lbs all together) 2x 5 gallon water jugs, 1 wooden stool. Getting creative to get it back the best I can. I’m going to pick up an incline/decline padded flat bench in the near future.

I miss the cables & smith machine

I wish I could give you advice but I’m the dumb one in the thread.

Sounds like you’re Though and that’s all that matters. Incline> flat bench.

All good. I can make it happen(I hope). Not too sure how “tough” I am these days. lol
If that’s what you meant. Thanks for the compliment though. I’m 6’2” & about 192lbs. I used to be just over 200lbs when I was able to go to the gym. I sure miss the leg machines, cables, and all the equipment I don’t have access to now.

Trap bar deadlifts can get rough if anyone was wondering.

They are fun. Also remember car deadlift is more of a squat than a deadlift. Treat it as such

I haven’t read that. What would you say a “small sedan” feels like then weight wise?how is it more of a squat too? You pick up from floor, no?

It's more of a hands at your side Anderson squat where you lift the weight with quads. Unlike a deadlift you use very little back on a car deadlift as your posture is more upright and you don't load the tension in your hamstrings and back.

Small sedan will probably be equivalent to around 420-450lbs? Depending on how far out the handles are and how high they are.

If it’s the equivalent of squatting 400lbs then I am definitely gonna zero that event

I assumed trap bar would be kinda close but I’ll give up on that then

It's not the equivalent of squatting that but it will use the same muscles. Yes trap bar is the best way to train it.
