    I may or may not have temporarily ran a plexiglass windshield in one of my older trucks years ago. Like @Bertw192 said, PC and acrylic scratch very easily and as quick as you'd probably get rock chips in the tundra, scratches pop up out of no where. Forget about trying to use your wipers, terrible idea. I applied a liberal layer of rainx weekly, and even then with a clean cloth light scratches happen which are the worst since they cause the incoming light to glare and then you're screwed.

    I think Porsche offered an optional lexan window for their GT3 but even then it was only the rear window and def not for daily driving.
