Not on all but I believe some.

Patents can be expensive to acquire. My company has over a few dozen but the plus side it you can license them out to other companies for a fee and make some of that money back or have an annual agreement and rake some money in

It got reported. Gotta act on it then. Wasn't I, but I can see what it was.

Same reasons SCS wheels are always sold out, lololololololololololololol......

for real though, I only casually monitor when MESO items will be released and have never had an issue getting the product. Be better and more vigilant about notifications, 3rd party vendors, and watching threads.

All good, not everyone has thick skin and take offense to everything - getting used to that reality in 2020 lol.

back onto Meso - I have to say even for a 2 man group with endless orders, their email response time is super impressive and detailed showing they actually give shit about their customers. I like it!!

Have you considered doing pre-orders? You wouldn't have to front the money out of pocket and you'll know exactly how many you need to make. Throw in some safety stock and you'll be set.

With the reputation you have, I'm sure people would be happy to wait for your products.

good idea, with the rep he's established around here, I'm sure no one would have issue with pre-ordering

I think he tried years ago but doesn't pan out they way you would think. Then you have people hounding him when they've already paid feeling to have more entitlement for already paying.

That was years ago. Things can change. At the end of the day, he can do what he wants. If his goal is to make as much money as he can, pre-orders would be the way to go. But if this is a side gig for him, I don't want him to be overwhelmed with people whining about not having their stuff yet. The last thing I want is for him to sacrifice quality and tarnish his reputation that he worked so hard to build up.

This. I’ve seen it happen elsewhere. Free money isn’t free. There is a very real price to pay for taking anyone’s money whether it’s private equity or angel investor or friends and family.

Sustainable and steady growth with profits reinvested to fund future operations makes a lot of sense and is congruent with high standards and no compromises. It’s just a longer wait for customers who could otherwise be served if additional funds were applied now for extra staff, production, etc.

huncentric and aesthetic - later being subjective. After receiving gloss lipped ray10s without asking for it (ugly imo) and being told “that’s just how some of them come” - I’m done with them

bad enough waiting that long for them let alone taking a loss to sell them

Well...they are about 10 lbs lighter per wheel than the method wheels I currently run.

I've read through all these post and I'm disappointed no one mentioned the number 1 reason for busying Meso: STICKERS!!! Some of the best quality and variety of any aftermarket producer/ distributor. Simple, effective and damn cool.

But seriously, when you install a Meso kit you know you won't be damaging you expensive truck. I've installed a variety of kits from others and 9 out of 10 times I have an issue with my truck i.e. fuses popping, drl's not working.

Meso puts the time to make sure his product will work correctly in your truck. Clear instructions, packaging you could display at an apple store and modifications that really blow other out of the water.

I added an extra Gmail widget to get that baby and it makes my 4 am commute so damn sweet.:plane:

because people buy the product for the product? ;)

Also, even with a lot of stuff sold out, MESO, at this moment has more stuff IN STOCK than he did 2 years ago with no vendors. AND, the in stock items are more than he offered then too.
