    Does anyone know where I can get one of those rubber plug thingies on your floor jack? Mine popped out last night and spewed oil and I can’t find the plug anywhere. It plugs into the main cylinder of the jack.

    The plug is gone, but it's the hole were you pour in hydraulic jack oil. Now when I use it, it spews oil out of that hole with each pump of the jack handle.

    The jack is about 30 years old and nothing wrong with it. I just need one of those rubber plugs and to fill it back up with oil. It will be like new once I can find a plug.

    I replaced those struts on my 4runner rear hatch. Bought the "better" $55/pair set as I'd sold Strongman Struts before and thought they were good. 3 days later (and into my 3 week road trip), they wouldn't push the hatch all the way up. Got here to Cali, pulled and replaced them with some $25/pair struts and they're working much better!!
