    It's a 2015, so no emissions yet.

Seems like the easiest is to just get pulled over for speeding on 287 on my way back into Colorado.
Do you know what I pulled you over?
Yes, so you can verify my VIN for me.

Yeah any law enforcement officer can do them. Most of the Jeffco Deputy's I know carry the forms in their patrol cars. They do it for free

I did one in douglas county. Called the sheriff's office to ask about it and they sent a community resource officer out to my office. Walked outside, he took 5 mins to look at it and fill out some paperwork. I don't remember paying anything.

x2. I had a coworker whose husband worked for FoCo PD, and he ran VIN verification for a handful of our company vehicles when getting them registered in CO. It was free by virtue of relationship, can't speak to whether they generate for free on one-offs, but worth a call to your local PD.

Edit - your / you being @JasonLee. Helps if you're tagged too I suppose.

When I was leaving Wheeler Lake last weekend there was a GX behind me very frustrated that I was only going the speed limit. He decided to blow past me. Within a mile of doing so, he got pulled over. I found it to be quite rewarding.

I will be in Seattle next Thursday morning.
    Boise next Thursday evening/Friday morning.
    SLC/Park City Friday evening/Saturday morning.
    Front range Saturday evening.

I will have a fully or mostly empty short bed with no cover and can carry stuff along the route. If you need anything along my route, I will gladly facilitate. I don't want to go much out of my way.
