Changing transmission fluid through shifter area (replacing horrible original title)

    I have a 2001 toy tacoma v6 manual 4x4 TRD and i need to add fluid to transmission. prefer go threw the shifter can anyone guide me on how i am aware that i have to remove my console around my shifter but lost from there plz advise????

    You're honestly better off to just use the fill port on the side of the trans. It's more work to remove all that stuff than it is to just squirt gear oil into the side

    I have that pump, and it came on a bottle of gear oil I bought over 30 yrs ago(tells you how old I am :anonymous:). It works great for front and read diff fills as well as transmissions.
