Has anyone successfully went to the dealer and had their fuel pump replaced as part of the fuel pump recall?

if you have had your fuel pump replaced, and have our kit, can you confirm your ECU/Calibration ID has not changed?

I ask because there are now NEW ECU versions Tundras that have had the fuel pumps replaced.

Just to let you guys know ahead of time there may be a whole new wave of ECU versions for trucks affected by this recall. We will know more asap.

04B04 2017 auto. I did not have a fuel pump recall, but I volunteered for a "Toyota fuel pump study" where they replaced my fuel pump for free. This was May 2020. They did not update my ECU. I then updated to latest 2.0 tune few weeks after fuel pump replacement.

The dealership replaced my high pressure fuel pump in the engine compartment. That is the one making the chirping noise. They did not do nay kind of ECU update on my truck for that. Never mind wrong fuel pump plus mine is a 17'

Right, I am specifically talking about the low pressure / in tank pump

For some reason, my truck no longer lists as having that recall available . I do wonder if a fuel pump issue is the cause of all my misfires though.

I just realized that. My 17' doesn't fall under this anyways.

According to the instructions for the campaigns in Canada there is no new calibration associated with the recall. (Specifically for Tundra)

Will these be included in the full final release of 2.0? Any updates on a release schedule by chance?

You would need the tactrix cable, vFtuner software, and the tune pack.

That is interesting. I have been waiting for the 04B04 (04B05?) shoe to drop since the 04B14 thing happened.

Wrong fuel pump though. The way I'm reading it is that the fuel pump recall is only for 2018-2019 Tacomas affecting the low pressure fuel pump. 04B04 shouldn't be affected at all.
The high pressure fuel pump (chirping) isn't a recall, just a TSB for an annoying sound but it should be noted that I don't believe it's the one that OV is referring to

04B14 dropped at the right / wrong time. Maybe the ECU geniuses at HQ are watching for the Final AT drop?

If there are new ECUs being created, then the wait will only be longer
