Well keep innovating. The Tacoma market is huge although very saturated, which is what makes new parts such as these cams so refreshing to see. Also thank you for offering them at a reasonable price. OEM cam bolts are too pricy.

McMaster has a smallish variety of sizes - any word on 1st gens?

UPDATE: the sleeve material from McMaster Carr DID NOT show up today. However, I did some major searching and FOUND some sleeve material with the right dimensions. This is for the TC-1503 2016-2020 models. I have to admit--when you see the "sleeve" you're gonna laugh. It's thin, but it does the job of centering the bolt. There are other suppliers of replacement camber kits that grind their bolts in the shape of a "D" in order to lock in the eccentrics. We don't have that problem because the flats are built into our cams, so the sleeve is less important for our application. And the bolt is stronger. In other words you could probably even get away not using the sleeve. But it's there.

Here's a little "show and tell."

IMG_20200213_150856.jpg So here are some GM Chromoly UCA's that I make that include a uniball stud mount. That part is usually enclosed but the cap isn't on. You can see the zerk fittings, which is the reason for the picture. Use SUPERLUBE with urethane bushings, and don't squeeze in too much or bad things will happen. Yes, I have Chromoly Taco UCA's coming out, prolly this year. Chromoly is generally twice the strength of DOM, so it's worth using.
IMG_20200827_134141_01.jpg These are offset upright (hub) bushings. They press in top and bottom in order to increase the negative camber. Not applicable to Tacos.
IMG_20200826_135545_01.jpg This is a UHMW bushing, also not applicable for Tacos unless you're going for NVH. The neat thing about this material is that it's self-lubricating. Most people use Delrin. This is better, IMO.
IMG_20200826_135511_01.jpg Here's another bushing I make. The center is a uniball. The reason is to prevent any type of binding during the suspension sweep. Again, not Taco related but I thought you might be interested.

We make our own urethane bushings in house as well as the crush sleeves that go in the center, and it wouldn't be a big deal to make OEM replacements for worn out bushings. But is seems like most people switch over to stronger aftermarket control arms. Beyond that, the "next step" for a-arms would be running two crush sleeves, one inside the other, for a smooth rotating surface. But as you can see from the above pictures, you can quickly get into a case of "creeping elegance" where you add every possible feature to a product and all you get is expense and complexity. Most of the time simple is better.

The R&D is done for the 1995 to 2004 1st Gen. Is there interest in this model?

some urethane or UHMW replacement bushings for the 3rd gen lower control arms would be banging.

no one makes them yet. Whiteline says they are in the works but no timeline as to when they will be available.

On the lowers - The 3rd gen rear bushings are larger diameter than the 2nd gen. The front bushings are the same size for both gens.

I got a PM tonight that said in essence, "Really? These plastic sleeves are what I waited for?" Yep, that's it. My reply:

Yes, believe it or not that's what was missing. I have trucks running without them and have not had problems, and frankly future kits will have steel inserts. To make you feel better, SPC Alignment uses plastic inserts in their kits. I think it's more because they have a "D" shaped bolt and ours is clearly fully round. Mark your current bolt first and grease it all up. The threads are supposed to stay dry. The bolts are 14mm (146ft/lb torque) and 16mm (224ft/lb)10.9 grade metric, and add 10lbs torque to each to account for the crush nut.

2nd gens have a smaller diameter bushing, that’s why. The third gens are larger rear diameter, but the fronts bolts are the same as the 2nd gen.

I had another small issue with my order but Cord was quick to respond to my email and taking care of it. Customer service couldn’t be better IMO.

Chromated steel is better, but greased up copper should be fine.
