    20 years is really a best case scenario and rare from what we see. It's usually 10 years and they have to be revised/replaced so if you're in your 30's and get them done you will be subjected to several potential surgeries throughout your life. Revisions can be complicated in some. YMMV

    Since not really a boob man myself I'd rather see women natural regardless of the size of their chest. :notsure:

    Yeah, my mom had hers for well over 20 years before having them redone.

    But unless it breaks it's still sagging or migrating the same cc volume.

    I'd probably never get them anyway so what do I care? Maybe a lift, but even those are temporary and like you said YMMV. Just buy a few nice bras :notsure:
