sort of looks like @Krezz buddy's truck but IIRC they run everything from another brand - Victory 4x4.

what i don't like about this post is the "Looks like it's from this company" as if he isn't sure 100% what it is. Might of bought it 2nd hand and parting it out... but it's a bit suspicious....

edit: oh, well - that's why i didn't like it....

Isn't Core that company out of Collingwood that was ripping people off? Maybe he knows the reputation and is trying to play dumb?

Crazy that guys sink that much money into a rig, then just get rid of it all to a dealer.

    o_O

    Blows my mind.

3" lift. $10K in TRD options. Richie's semi-hidden bumper, and soon his Elka suspension
When I was thinking of trading my '09, I couldn't get shit for it... Hence why I kept it. Now I'm selling it privately, asking $10K obo... I understand why a dealer would put it back to stock - not as many of us out there to buy a pre-built truck. We buy a truck, then build it.
That's not (Krezz's buddy) Ed's truck - he still has it.

but $500 seems reasonable for ARB plates, they're known to be fantastic so they'll stick around for a long time, especially a full set like that. you might feel their weight under the truck as you drive.

so now you need a lift and new 35" tires to lift you back to stock height Might need to regear and definitely need to do a CMC.

I looked at those rock sliders/steps and they are F%^$ing heavy ...plus if I'm going that way I just want a single tube...no step.
They were frame mount tho...must have been an easy 60 lbs a piece.

That's quite the offer, might have to take you up on that sometime:cheers:

I don't think I'd ever do anything as intense as you guys do though. Maybe a light gravel road here and there :crapstorm: I have my dual sport bike for the VMUTS trails:bikewhoops:

Saying Hi. Not a regular visitor but since my civic build is on hold until I get the engine reassembled this winter I'm in the process of doing some light taco mods and maintenance so I'm good for this winter.

$420 is a great deal. The BudBuilt skids I have would cost over $2k shipped at today's prices.

I pull my skids at the end of each season to spray undercoating on the frame. I rattlecan touch up the skids and sliders at the same time.
60 lbs apiece is typical weight for sliders, since they need to be beefy enough to support the weight of the truck. The kickout at the end is for extra bedside protection off-road. Biggest caveat though, is they were made by Core, so fitment could be questionable.
