Although I do run different shocks, premise is similar, especially that 6112s are adjustable (right?!). 650 lb springs should be quite enough for your setup. In your case, 700 lb springs would be an overkill, unless you were planing on adding a full bumper (120-150 lbs).
Are you still using anti-sway bar?

The 6112s are adjustable but only when you mount the springs. They have 6 positions and I'm running them at the highest compression (6) with the passenger set to (5) to compensate for the Taco lean. I still have the sway bar since it's my daily driver but interested in your thoughts on that - should I delete it?

Hmm, kinda forgot about how pita the adjustment was on those. There is a thread dedicated to 6112s, I'm sure there's info on perch height. (sorry, I now realize that I'm not being a big help here).
As for anti-sway bar, I vote to keep it on DD. Of course you can experiment remove it and see if you like it or not.
That being said, I removed mine while chasing strange knocks when I had 650 lb coils. With my full bumper, winch, skids, sliders and bigger battery, I didn't like handling AT ALL, so after a while I upgraded to 700 lb ones, and it helped A LOT! Now, not to knock on 6112s, I'm not sure how well would they handle riding without anti-sway bar.

    Don't leave your cooler out.

I have done well with the batteries from Costco. Decent price too if you already have a membership.

Walmart also carries deka... rebadged.... the battery tops have 2 vents at the top of them and should say “east penn” on the label somewhere... I think

What if I have my kids in the truck bed under the camper shell with the screen windows open? Are there so many bears there that I did worry about them trying to break into the truck for food since that's where people might stick their food?

mats, flaps, and stickers. Extang solid fold 2.0. Mobtown sliders and full skids. AVS vents
Keep your food locked up, with no access For the bears, and you’ll be fine. They don’t want to mess with you more than you do them.

I lock my cooler in the truck at night with no issues. I’d be worried about raccoons more than bears.

keep the site clean and don’t throw food scraps in the woods around you helps as well.

I've never heard of the bears breaking into vehicles there like they do in the National Parks. They can and do get into coolers that are left out. I would put the cooler in the back seat when the kids are sleeping in the bed. The bears usually scar off easily as do the racoons. Don't leave your trash bags out either.

    What section are you camping?
