Thats dope! No one appreciates the SR5 enough. Everyone dreams trd but id rather start and customize an SR5 than start prebuilt with a TRD. I feel like more of your soul goes into the truck when you gotta do more work to make it into a bad bish

Check out the @ARCHIVE hammer hanger thread. They’re basically about as flexible as a shackle flip but they provide a tremendous improvement in ride quality & durability especially with the cross tube. They’re especially great if you want to carry a ton of weight but still want a super flexible and strong shackle hanger solution

That's funny because now I'm hearing a chirping sound as well. I got it done at Lia in Albany. I just greased the u joints but haven't driven it just yet. I'll test it in a bit. It's not the belt and I don't see any lose bolts/washers anywhere. I also replaced the pulleys about two years ago so not sure where that noise is coming from. Of course, the wife thinks I'm crazy lol

Mine is staying parked at the airport until I get home next Friday. On the plus side, I ended up with an SR5 Forerunner as a rental. It ain't no Taco, but it's better than some of the rollerskates I've had recently. Excluding the Challenger R/T I had a while back. Whoa, momma.

I got some custom sr5 4x4 bedside stickers as well cuz I like the look of the trd decals. And I totally agree with your sentiments

Washed all the ash off the truck and greased the passenger side lower ball joint cuz it was creaking like crazy.

    Then cleaned the engine compartment
    20200918_132855.jpg

And finally installed the redline tuning struts I got

I like how the logo is a cutout now vs the old where it was welded on.
