Trd sport or trd offroad?

Cant get a TRD OR in LB either in Canada....but at least we get heated cloth seats standard.

TRD off-road, you can always buy a scooped hood and paint the rear bumper.

 

If you ever go off road, soon you'll engage that rear locker and... "Yeah, worth every penny"

 

go drive the sport and drive it towards the sun and come back on here and let us know if you can handle the glare the skewp gives. I know, I had one, the glare was a pain.

 

I honestly have never noticed that glare even once. Maybe because most of the time i drive with my sunglasses on?

neither is the locker, but thats neither here nor there. you want the locker for a what if scenario. the fake hood scoop breaks necks every single day LOL. people clamor and e-beg for a sport hood. the dedicated thread is proof of that. you see guys making a scene for a locker? i dont.

Yes you are right. Personally i would barely use my locker, my truck is very capable as is. I wouldnt really take my 50k truck where the locker is needed.

On the other hand, i use my scoop everytime i drive

 

That’s why my next Tacoma that I get will have to be a PRO

Just get a air locker and save the money it’s $899 last I checked. (Arb Locker)
Never knew anyone who uses crawl control. I also live in the Midwest so...ehhhhh. I only used 4wd a few times. In the snow I’m usually in 2wd.
I’m looking at a ARB locker being added. Every expert I’ve talked to told me to buy one. They know! They’ve been telling everyone about 3rd gens and how much they suck since the last 2nd gen rolled off the assembly line! . Luckily I might be able to bribe my neighbor with beer and Jack for the install. Screw the off-road nation!!!!!! Pull the trigger .

You are never going to use it to it’s full capability anyway. Save the coin for the spacer lift and mud tires!!!!
