Eibach pro lift kit

I ordered mine they just didn’t place it in the order. I wonder if it’s noticeable. I haven’t seen too many lifted tacomas where I’m at. Or know anyone personally that has one.

 

You'll only notice it when looking from the back. I ordered it just cause I know it's gonna be awhile before I do the lift. So it just depends on how picky you are.

 

It would probably bother me more than waiting an extra week. But, my springs have a couple chips out of the powder coat and some scuff up and down them. Looks like they tossed them around a few times. The box looks recycled.

 

Eh, it's a truck it's gonna get chips and scratches eventually.

 

No, I get that. I say that to say that I’m not too picky. However, whoever did the builds of these things should take a little more pride in their work.

They don't come with the spacers.
And the box got opened for spring assembly.

You can get a spacer off Amazon in a few days.

So how involved is it to install the spacer once the struts are installed? Is it just raise the taco and undo the top nuts and place the spacer? Reason I ask is my kit comes in next week and the spacer and AAL comes in October.

 

I'm waiting on the other parts of my order.
I got my eibachs fast...
Need the UCA and leaf springs now.

The spacer goes above the strut.
Don't want to do it separate from the rest of the install.
They are like 20 bucks for a pair.

who did you go thru? If Headstrong, they supply the spacer.

 

I ordered separate from the same company. No, I’m aware of that they don’t come from the factory assembled. The red was faded in spots to a pink and has tears all in it. I was saying that to say I’m not too picky. Because of the condition of the product I received I would have been upset.

 

My box looked a little banged up and taped up.
But the springs are pretty.

I feel bad saying who I went through. I don’t want to bad mouth them publicly. I certainly won’t use them again for anything else. But, it wasn’t headstrong. I wish I would have went with them. They were on vacation when I started my process.

 

I got my pro grill, was shipped UPS, box was beat and taped up, I was worried opening it but luckily it was ok. I've had bad experiences with UPS and FedEx this year. I don't blame seller but shipping companies.

No, I’m not too concerned with it. It seems to be all cosmetic (I hope) I had a few problems with them. I’ll cut my losses and take the lesson. And, just spend my money with someone else.
