I have two 4runners, two Tacoma's , a Tahoe and now a Sequoia and I'm supposed to get a new Tundra in December. Might need a bigger driveway sooner than I thought.

Whelp, this is fun, right? FYI apparently 285 is blocked just north of Antero Junction.

Especially when you rip out the carpet and realize they used 3/4” particle board underlayment that has dog piss all over it.

What would you recommend for new underlayment for LVP? Plywood underlayment in the bathrooms is 1/2” and plywood underlayment in the kitchen is 5/8” but I have to remove a sheet due to rot under the sink. Was thinking either 19/32” or 23/32” $5 more a sheet for the thicker stuff. Am I on the right track? Subfloor is 1/2” plywood.

Your subfloors aren't 3/4"? I will always recommend thicker for subfloors, 23/32" all day.

Yeah that sucks, if its possible I would replace as much as you can to at least 23/32" even if its just room by room as you remodel or something.

Replace the subfloor as well as the underlayment? I was just going to install the 23/32” on top of the 1/2” subfloor and call it a day.
