    FWIW, I have not used Rotrex... there seems to be a good helping of problems with many of them at low mileage. Hopefully, things have improved with the design, and the longevity has increased.

    Does anything change when you turn on ECT? Does it indeed get worse gas millage or does it do better because it has more power to weight now?

    No idea on the ECT programming, my truck is MT anyway.

    IME, one can obtain better MPG with forced induction if driven sensibly. Head for the go pedal, though, and those gains quickly retreat into negative territory.

    Got my upper and lower intake manifolds off. Replaced the spark plugs while I’m at it. These intake runners are very full of sludge! Maybe I need a catch can.... or something.

    I just installed one in preparation for my kit being installed. I still think that the JLT bracket has no obvious place to mount post-supercharger though.

    I'm using the oil separator that the Japanese diesel trucks have... Hino, Isuzu. I'll grab a pic.

    Mine were the same way. Lots of black stuff. I got a catch can for added peace of mine going forward. Especially with higher crank case pressures.

    These are the add in units that the OEMs were using. They can be connected to a catch reservoir or drained directly back to the oil pan. I have a couple Hino 12270-E0032... about $100 + the ride from Japan. Hino USA is over $200. Isuzu has the best deal on their unit, part 8-97324682-1 was around $50 - $60 last I looked. The filter is a little smaller.
