2020 Limited does not work. I have taken this issue to the dealer several times. The Toyota Tech line suggested switching out my whole radio to a new one and that still didn't fix the issue. The dealer is looking into it further and will contact me when a fix is discovered.

Keep us updated! I have not gone to that length - basically because I don't have time, and the dealer is about a 50-minute drive away.

Mine is going in next week for the dealer to look at this. The dealer and the Toyota cares says that this is not a known problem.
Which dealer did you take yours too?

should of added, my first Toyota pickup, an 1987 Tan Turbo and afternoon a month, the radio quit working and had to be replaced

    2019 SR5, works fine.

Maybe we should break this down by trim level and exterior color.

Any update on this? This is my first brand new vehicle and truck, and this 'feature' being faulty is frustrating me!

Just an update. On my 2017 sport the function is no longer available in the steering wheel display.

    Update for my visits,
#1) I got there early, showed the service write what wasn’t working and 2.5 hours later I got the truck back and they said everything was good. I found out 10 minutes later after driving it and returning to the dealer, they didn’t even look at this problem.
#2) I took it back and left it for the day, the dealer and Toyota engineers could not find anything wrong, but will not replace the head unit yet, they want more testing done. I was going to take the truck in Monday, but the dealer can not guarantee me a loaner and since they don’t know how long they will need it and I live an hour away, a loaner is a must. I am taking a trip next week, so they can get it back after that for one more visit.

I believe it’s a BS line from the dealer or Toyota. Since they have hooked up their computer, ran checks, reset the system and nothing is showing wrong, but the system still doesn’t work, then it’s the head unit, the wiring or whatever sends the signal to the unit.

so far, the dealer has had the truck for around 10 hours and nothing. This Toyota truck has about equal all my other new Toyota trucks (5) combined for time in the shop.

Mine works but my tire pressure thing doesn't. It always shows "--" and its been like that since last november. I'm still running stock tires and wheels.

2020 TRD Pro - The ECO screen is a big disappointment. My "history" only shows the last trip even though the graph screen appears configured to show multiple days. Does anyone else have this issue?

Mine is the same on 2020 OR. The entire ‘ECO’ system is fucking worthless.
