Or me. Doc says I can start back at the gym on Monday. I just have to substain my urge to put unhealthy food in my mouth.

Cardio will be rough since I cannot use a bike or treadmill. There is a bike like contraption that you use your arms to pedal and I will become very friendly with it until my foot heals.
