    I rotated my tires last week at midnight. Down here in Louisiana, that’s the only time it’s cool enough to do work outside. I have a large LED light in my garage and I use a LED head lamp that I wear. I also work night shift, so I’m up late and have energy late at night.

    Well it's been raining pretty steady here the last 6 hours or so.. Dogs are like, screw you I ain't going out there I'll just shit in the house like you humans do!! Swells in the Grove are all full of water, retention pond is out of its banks, it now owns my back yard and the north end of the east pasture, horse is standing on the high ground out there!! It can stop now, we have enough rain!! Wifey wanted to be a queen and live in a castle!! She does tonight, with a mote, goes all the way to the hard road!

    One day I had a steak thawed and seasoned, it was raining, so I didn’t want to fire up the grill. I threw it in the air fryer on 390 deg. I set it for 15 min., flipped it halfway. Let it sit on a plate for about 5 minutes when I took it out, then started eating. It was DELICIOUS, very juicy on the inside (a little pink) and a little crispy on the outside. One of the best steaks I ever had. Been sharing that experience ever since.
    Got my sons, my dad and friends all bought air fryers and enjoying their steaks.
    Ps. I do burgers that way too.
