I assume you'd be taking it on the ocean, I was advised not to take a lil 17.5 foot boat on the rough parts of the SF Bay, let alone off shore where things can change quick.

I have no idea what the weather is like in SF bay but I wonder if it’s worse than Hawaii.

Most of Hawaii’s commercial fishing fleet is around 18-28 foot boats

Your weather is probably a lot more stable than it is on the SF Bay and off the shore of California. It's pretty volatile, the fishing charters I take when I go deepsea fishing are huge 60-100 foot trawlers.

I don't know what makes you think that. I've been fishing ever since I was old enough to hold a fishing pole.

Has anyone tried the Tundra brake upgrade on a 1st gen pre-runner? I need to replace a caliper and want to just do it all but wouldn’t mind improving what I can while I can. thank for the insight!

I have. You need the 13WL calipers, the correct Tundra flared brake line (or you can drill out your banjo bolts), rotors, pads, and you need to cut part of the brake shields off.

I saw the write up but it mentions 2 different rotor sizes and I have the smaller. Does that matter? How is the difference?

Went up to prescott yesterday for a hike and weather thats 20 degrees colder.

Truck didnt skip a beat with the new o2 sensors and ect sensor. Getting actually better mpgs with the new sensors too which is a nice added bonus.
