At least it’s not 95 outside. Looks like something melted On the outside unit. Inside working outside not so much. Guess I should have paid attention when my dad was working on a/c’s.

How do you guys like to smoke some chicken quarters? Got some seasoned up but curious about cook times or sauce/glaze? Chicken is usually a fast cook for me, like to get it up to temp and get some crispies in the outside.

 

Depends on your pit temp. Quarters about two hours at 225 on my pit give or take a little. I constantly check them though with a temp probe. I hate dry chicken

Yeah, there’s a service company that’s come out before. Just got to wait for them to open in the morning.

It’s not that bad. Still kinda cool and gonna be 57 tonight. No need in paying a after hours charge. I can go grab a window unit if I have to.

 

Window units are cheap now. I need to go get one for my new shop

We got a portable years ago when ours took a dump on a Thursday. At least we slept good a few nights in August
