People traversing northern indiana to get to michigan or literally any other state in the union?

 

Having driven primarily my truck for the last 4 years my standards are pretty low

 

I just hate Illinois drivers. That’s all I notice. I avoid most of the interstates up here. They’re all under construction 90% of the time



I’m extra salty about Illinois right now because of my fathers accident and the state protecting the other party just because they’re of color.

I'm in a company paid for apartment for 3months. My up stairs neighbor just storms around. Been here for less than 48hrs and I cant wait to get back into a house. I hate apartments.

That was a long way of saying no.

When I first moved into an apartment in OKC, the town had just had a 10" snowstorm.

I go out to the apartment to unlock so the moving van could unload. The sidewalk from the drive to the apartment landing area had been shoveled clean. I thought, damn this is a nice complex to do that for people who move in. It kept the movers from slipping and falling when bringing in furniture. I said something about it to the apt manager and got a funny look in return. Ok.. Whatever.

So there was a guy who lived below me who would come home from work at 5:00 PM and play "Tom Jones" "Its Not Unusual" very loud.
I wanted to complain but didn't. I was working all the time and rarely got home at a decent hour anyway.

Later on I spoke to the guy across the hallway. I asked him if the music bothered him. He said, "yea I know they guy is a little weird but he shovels the snow off of the side walk." I replied "Ohh I thought the apartment did that." He replied "hell no, they won't do anything." The guy moved before too long.

Some of the other neighbors that moved in later were a lot worse. I was glad when I moved out.
