First off......i have to give tons of credit to every stock rig out here with us right now. This is not......i repeat not.....an easy trail. So far, 9.3 miles in 6 hours and fifteen minutes. We aren't even at our lunch spot and it's 5:30......and we took off at 10:15am. This is a serious trail.

Great time today! Long time today. I never thought this would turn 4 mile slog though alternating bogs and rock gardens.

Now that I’m home I’ll say it out loud: I’m shocked a dozen rigs wheeled for 8 hours with zero breaks or damage to speak of. And some of the stock trucks were really pushing it. My favorite part was when the black XJ on 38s was coming down the trail and we explained we were waiting for a couple stock trucks to make it up.

Had an absolute blast wheeling with you all today. I’ll get those pics up as soon as I can. Been having internet issues (2 tech visits in the past week only to have it drop out hours after getting fixed; third tech visit scheduled).

Hope everyone also had an awesome time and made it home safely. Thanks again Eammon for putting this together!

You did absolutely fantastic today! Nice work! Hope to wheel with you again!

Would also like to say that today was a ton of fun. Took a while, but nothing really broke, no real issues, just slow rolling. Hope the new guys learned a bit what they’re getting into, because that truly was a rough ride today. Nice work everyone.

That was a great time out.
@BadDNA thanks for dragging us through it.:woot:
I still can't believe what you guys put those stock trucks through that was awesome:thumbsup:

I definitely agree with @Blais03 on how that was not a stock friendly trail.
I bet those boys learned alot today.

@mach1man001 ....Nick, Richy, and I kept on saying over the airwaves "I so wish Rob was freaking here....he would've LOVED this trail. 10 miles of hell. We nicknamed it "Twisted Metal." Eammon said that he is going to add it to next years "half baked" trip but add on a 4th day just for that trail. I know someone has a video of @Skierrichy going through this INSANE mud-tree-sauna-ditch-obsticle of craziness. I was spotting other trucks at the time and couldn't get a video. Whoever took it ......PLEASE....put it up here. It will go down as one for the ages. This is Richys pic but is doesn't do it justice.

Just to put it into perspective, this was a 10 mile ride. We we're "supposed" to be at the lake for 12:30pm to eat and didn't get there till 7pm. Thank God, that last stretch was "smoother". Well what I mean is no possible threat of damaging something even going 0.13 mph. Lol

OMG that timeline is exhausting to look at.

“A little driver, a little driver, now straight. Good, now bounce it...”

    “reeeeeeeeeehhheeee”

    “Perfect!”

i remember reading a Jeep groups post about Sucker pond before we went. Their comment was from the road to the pond is stock truck do able. Beyond the pond they say you need 33”s and sliders. Clearly, we know that group was traveling N-S.

    Looks like so much fun!

Good thing you guys did it South to North! I'd hate to see a time line if you hit some of that in the dark.
