Yeah, I get what you're saying.........but that's like saying this isn't a blatant Adidas rip off because they added a 4th stripe. They just used the Adidas shell toe as "inspiration". Its just something that bothers me, obviously it doesn't bother everyone else as much or there wouldn't be a market for it.

Yeah, I should have used "exact copy". I do hope that Pro grille was bought from Toyota :D

I respect that . Most of the ones bitching in the Martin thread had Chinese Pro grilles or Chinese Smitty/HF winches

    on the 460

No I totally get it, some stuff is just over priced for the name. I bought the Pro grill back in 2017 before there was even such thing as fakes. I just like to support original stuff when ever I can because it helps support innovation.

The 460 should be a lot of fun, we have a 20 month old and a German Shepherd and the Taco just wasnt quite big enough for us all. I just ordered a set of Work Wheels S1HC for the GX and a few other things. Still miss the Tacoma some days though although wish we had gotten a 2nd gen like yours for the motor/trans!

I hope you do a "build" thread on the 460. I've only seen a few of those. Most have been the 470.

Lol yeah I’ve heard this from older guys that are still here and some that left the forums after they sold their tacos. Same complaint. Lots of “kids”

I feel you ... There are some kids on here who do complain a lot. And some of us older guys who complain a lot, too. But I will say this ... a lot of those kids are doing innovative stuff -- and I've seen it here and learned from it.

I am really struggling with the rack choice -- part of that is my own lack of expertise and part of that is I would rather take longer to research until the answer is obvious. And, why not? I am not in a huge hurry. But I have been researching racks and find it is pretty interesting -- lots of racks made by kids (or at least younger people): Uptop, Martin, Hooligan, Victory, and more.

So don't worry! The kids are alright!

Right now leading toward Uptop ... :)
