What's wrong with the sand sticking to the Fluid Film? You actually want that. It gives the truck another level of protection.

Fluid film is not an encapsulating coating like spray on bed liner. Its a sacrificial coating that is meant to be reapplied every couple of years. It's biggest advantage is it "creeps" into placed that you will never be able to spray or brush onto.

I love the stuff. The 1st thing I do after an application is to find a dusty road and coat the shit out of the Fluid Film. The dust helps in preventing any oversprayed FF from dripping on your drive way.

Yeah, it's morning for me. Rather it was the night shift like I've been doing for the last 25 years.

Me, too. They are the perfect size for the trails. I have a 2nd gen Tundra and that thing is worthless off pavement.

Still working nights, patching potholes and pavement seams in the Colorado high country. Feel like I'm finally getting adjusted to this schedule, which typically means they're going to switch it up in a week or two. No rest for the weary around here.

    I almost bought a 2004 4 door 1st gen back in 09. It was a pre-runner, so I bought my TJ.

I had a 98 regular cab 4wd MT. I didn’t fit to well at 6’2”. But it was a cool truck and I had a cool radio in it! 31” BFG All Terrains
