Recently bought a tacoma and I wanted to mod it. I used to follow this guy on instagram @TacomaTRD2018 which his truck is the pictures but I cant seem to find his page anymore. I really like his setup and want to make mine the exact same. I know the tires are 35's but I want to know what lift is on his truck and what is the offset of the tires. The stance on this truck is perfect looks really beefy. If anyone knows what he is running please let me know.

Also to fit 35s you’re going to have to do a lot of cutting and trimming as well as possible regear

Yeah, you are asking the wrong questions.

Be less concerned about the offset and more concerned about everything.

Kinda like going into a Walgreens asking "Where do you keep your bullet wound kit?"

Hard to say but looking at that rear fender gap he may not be running a lift, maybe the stock fox setup

With that wide of a stance he has a super low offset or running wheel spacers and he probably rubs a TON.

I agree it looks beefy. Trucks like this are often sold off as they can be largely miserable to drive without doing the real and expensive work needed to successfully run huge tires.

I would not want to drive that truck unless it was re-geared and had some reasonable amount of turning-radius and articulation without massive tire rub, but that’s just me.

Just some advice. Make sure you have some money set aside to do it proper if you want to keep the truck long term.

That poor tacoma, TRD pro badge on a non pro..., and that offset I bet his / her rocker panels looked like a teenager with acne, but ya without seeing at least the front (skid plate blocking) its hard to say if its a drop bracket lift or coilover, it doesnt look too high based on how stuffed those 35's are in there so guessing coilover, but you are gonna be cutting to make those fit not to mention the ensued torture on your paint, components, etc. running that setup, but hey totally worth those IG likes...

Drop bracket lift would hang below the TRD skid. He spent a lot of money on a Pro hood and Black head lights if its not a Pro.

Its not for sure, the first pic shows the bedside TRD OEM sticker, hard to tell but lettering appears to be a sport, not to mention its a 2018 Blazing Blue truck, not an option on any pro color wise. Definitely a Proser.

My eyes may be deceiving me, but it looks like between the 2nd and the last pic, the truck gained more rear end lift.

Looks like a decent amount. Was probably stock in the back on one and has new leafs/AAL in the second.

I'd be curious to know what they guy did to address clearance issues, if anything. The lift isn't going to cut it on its own.

I respect when a man puts in time and effort to modify is vehicle, but that looks overdone and tacky to me.
