No dogs, but the back seat sits my 2 kids VERY comfortably. Had 3 adults in back seat with no issue either for a 4 hour drive. My thing is the T4R doesn't have additional seating. I've accepted whenever I have another girlfriend, it's a high probability she's gonna have kids too. Might as well be a tad practical if I'm gonna dump the T4R and split DD responsibilities between the '96 F-150 and whatever I buy.

The GX is a bit smaller than an LC and Sequoia I thought since it's based off the Prado.

it has more room than the T4R’s we test drove. Also 3 zone AC ftw. The next car for her will likely be a LX 570 though.

you don't say? But if she is insistent on a T4R at least tell her to check out the GX as well. Krystal had her mind made up she wanted a Limited T4R, until she drove the GX. It's worth some consideration at least. It's far nicer than the T4R Limited, and V8.

Got the house in Asheville under contract in 2 days, buyer gave us $5,000 in Due Diligence, I've never seen anything that crazy. Gives them no leverage to ask for any repairs but I guess it just shows how insane the market is, especially up there. And we also have a signed back-up offer from another buy in case the first falls though. I would not want to be trying to buy a house right now....

yeah people are on a buying frenzy.

We are going to miss our window of opportunity to sell for a premium because she is stubborn as fuck and "doesnt want to rent", and I can't wait to rub it in her face next spring/summer when we could have sold now for probably $25-50k more.

Hi All! Anyone ever truck camped in the Croatan/Uwharrie? Is it allowed? I've been out in the Croatan and saw what looked like fire rings/camp sites but not sure. I have a week off in October (Oct 25-31) and debating about heading down the coast for some warmer weather for a few days.

Bitchin! I have a white truck and a catahoula too :p

Firewood - is there enough deadfall around?

Thanks! Hoping to spend a night in the croatan too if the weather is good for a beach day out that way, haven't really planned much of anything. Gotta figure out sleeping too, last time I did it in the back seat which is doable but fully extending is nice too.

You have acerage right? I don’t think your value will go down. It’s the people in the city that will see a decrease because everybody will be wanting land away from the craziness if anything.
