One home remedy that sometimes works for my back is to grab the top of a doorframe (assuming it has casing around it), back up against the frame, and hold yourself with your arms, while relaxing your back. Also pull your shoulders back while doing the above.

If I had to pick one, number 3 tells a better story with the dogs in it and the composition is cool.

I think 3 and 4 go together well though
