    The socket cover has tabs which hold it in place and cannot be pressed without removing the inner socket. The socket has a tab into the cover. It’s a dance of two press fit pieces which assemble quickly but take a bit of care to disassemble.

    Made a quick-disconnect harness with Marinco trolling motor plugs for the AliExpress compressor, so I don't have to deal with the dodgy alligator battery clamps:

    I quietly order stuff all the time but it doesn’t matter. My wife is working from home right now. There’s no making it home before her so she sees EVERY SINGLE truck part. Fortunately she’s not too bad of a ball buster.

    After After a friend made me realize I didn't have enough room to properly store my spare tire, we lopped off about the last 18 inches or so of the tail pipe and removed the bracket that helped hold the last piece in place. A friend lopped off the pipe since he was already there showing me where to cut, but I lopped off the bracket and ground it down so that it didn't cause issues when someone was under the truck.
