is there anything i should be worried about when i black these things out

 

headlights make sure u put enough silicon II seal on it to avoid leaks

tail lights make sure the reverser light part is not tinted so you dont get pulled over,

have fun doing the headlights, its a fun mod!

 

i need to figure out how to do it now and ill be set, i just dont trust myself to do this

 

alot of people get nervous cuz ur putting ur headlight in the oven, just make sure u keep an eye on the time and temp and you should be fine. the only hard thing is getting the lense to peel apart, but after that its easy

 

what kinda silicon did you use

 

I used GE Silicone II -- make sure you seal them up!!!

 

did you reheat before sealing them back up? and how long did you let them set before putting them back on the truck
