    I have an AT 2WD. This is the only map that I changed. I only like changing one thing at a time, so I know for sure what changed what. Will the changes I made to this map do anything by it self or do I need to make other changes at the same time to notice anything? Also, using vF Tuner to log what things should I be logging to see any changes?

    Just my 2 cents ,

    For anyone on the fence -Not to worry even if one does not /will not trust their own ability to make changes in the VF tuner . Just buy the Vftuner and the tune pack for your ECU . Then when the 2.0 final with towing /gearlock / performance tune comes out for your ECU , this is all you will need . That is until you want to up the charging for a AGM battery , oh and throttle response etc. ….. you will be playing with the VFtune ! Then there are also lot of peeps here that will help with those needs . It will only get better !

    I have been watching but really have been very happy with the 4B04 premium stock file . Because of tune settle etc. I have not reflashed a new tune , and will wait for the final 2.0/performance/towing tune . Then the only change I anticipate will be for my AGM battery .

    I’m definitely interested in how many of the changes that you guys are doing will be incorporated in Mats upcoming tune. By the way, your tune has made my truck run the best it’s ever ran. I think that says a lot because I’ve only ran premium/performance tunes. Well done sir.

    Fyi - for those who purchased the tacoma tune packs (MT not included, they got what they paid for) this is the message I got from Matt (In lighting speed. 11 minutes after I sent a note to zendesk asking for a refund on the tune packs). Obviously I misunderstood purchasing the product as I believed it would come more intact in a reasonable time frame. My bad, my loss. I think the world of the product but the over promising and under delivering was a bit too much IMO hence the refund request. YMMV unless you're an MT user.

    Please check your spam folder, everything has been sent to you. I even messaged Rafael to resend it to you again if you can't find it.


    That is our pretty standard request when people ask for refunds way long after they purchase.
    We get people who want refunds months later for all sorts of reasons.. Selling their car, losing their job, don't want it anymore, etc.


    Tune packs for all / other various ATs are ready, Rafael has been sending them as possible.

    You ever get the cruise control stuff figured out?
    Basically I would like it if the truck would just drop to 5th going up an incline/hill/overpass instead of dropping down to 4th while using cruise control on the interstate.
    I know this is possible because on the prior 2.0 betas it did it.

    I would assume most of that is going to be addressed within your shift points. I haven't played with the cruise yet, don't use it. I like driving :D
